QUALITY OF SERVICE IN LA PREVISORA CINEMA THEATERS

In theaters are also offered another film screenings variety of services. For some viewers' is important to get good deal and the satisfaction of needs (be it cultural, food ...) The purpose of this study was descriptive-no experimental exploratorio- identify the quality of service of the cinema the Foresighted, located in the Capital District. The population consisted of a group of 200 spectators and spectators attending the alternative cinema hall who were interviewed by investigators. The results are indicated: a) 46.67% of viewers indicated that other options for ticket (Internet or telephone), b) requires no adequate spaces for people with wheelchairs, c) seniors and students are served a special day, d) Excellent sound quality e) film festivals are part of the programming of the hall e) Location. In general, the quality of service is favorable with some recommendations for improvement (by customers), among which are: punctuality in the projection of movies, increasing the amount of staff to care for the spectators and provide accessibility for people with disabilities (restrooms, lockers and chairs).
