Abstract

Well-known is the popular expression: “This Company has Quality”. And so often is associated to organizational success to the simply fact: “It is of Quality”. However there are other tendencies that can not associate quality to something so easy, but to orientation of its employees through the Quality. This article examine about the Venezuelan employee´s attitudes of quality, of one Alimentation Company, explaining how from the measured of those attitudes, with an auto evaluation, was possible designed the Perfil of Quality of the Laborer Ambience. In order to conclude in the most precisely way, the work was sub divided in the following methodological faces.
