MANAGEMENT INDICATORS TO MEASURE THE PERFORMANCE WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY CASE FUNDAPAVECA.

The research aimed to propose management indicators to measure performance within the framework of corporate social responsibility Fundapaveca. Which developed in the form of feasible project, operational and viable technique that presents possible solutions to faults, problems identified, satisfying the needs of an enterprise, institution or social group. The method used was direct observation, simple and external, through the application of two questionnaires (A) and internal (B) external, each consisting of ten (10) multiple-choice items, an instrument that allowed collecting organize and express in a timely, efficient and accurate information that will measure the performance of the company subject of the investigation. The population and sample research subject was represented by three (03) Fundapaveca workers and twenty-six (26) members that make up the community's communal council Escorcha Macario Guacara municipality of the State of Carabobo. The results were presented in pie charts, to which they performed the respective analysis, determining that Fundapaveca presents the need for management indicators that will allow it to measure the impact of their actions in the community. Subsequently, the proposal was to design and presentation of performance indicators, allowing the feasibility of this tool to be applied as an instrument for measuring the performance of Fundapaveca.
