The fundamental purpose of this research is to explain the liberal origins of labor flexibility that has emerged in recent decades, taking as support a methodology and design of a documentary nature, based on theoretical and bibliographical constructions, resulting in the observation of a series of approaches. that explain the evolution of work from collectivism to liberalism and the need to make the regulation of modern labor relations more flexible.
