Abstract

Work relationships are presented as important productive processes that, in addition to promoting the satisfaction of needs, affect the valuation of human beings within the group. From this perspective, labor dynamics have an impact on the economy, legal norms and nationalization, permanently moving between the waters of the individual will of being and state protectionism, becoming involved in the patterns of the market and the social order. The fundamental purpose of this research is to explain the liberal origins of labor flexibility that has emerged in recent decades, taking as support a methodology and design of a documentary nature, based on theoretical and bibliographical constructions, resulting in the observation of a series of approaches. that explain the evolution of work from collectivism to liberalism and the need to make the regulation of modern labor relations more flexible.
