Abstract

In this article, a theoretical reflection and critical analysis of business culture is made from a systemic perspective, analyzing how management systems promote the development of organizational culture in the organization with an orientation towards the application of individual change processes. and collective planned and directed to achieve the development of good performance practices that make the management of functions efficient and effective. This is through the identification and classification of the most significant dimensions related to organizational culture and that affect its adaptation and integration related to quality principles and the vision of the organization. Therefore, the organization as a system is the closest to describing what current organizations face: complexity, constant change and uncertainty.
