University teaching - learning: from a systemic perspective.

A systemic and integrative view of the main strategic components that participate in their interconnection and reciprocity, converging elements with an effect on the results directly and indirectly in the teaching - learning process, among the relevant elements of this research delivery are the mission, organizational culture, educational theories, educational model and modality, conceptual bodies of two (2) fields of knowledge, administrative science and educational science, united for inference in didactic management. Research supported by bibliographic consultations from both fields of knowledge and by the experiential aspects of the academic institutional context and teaching praxis.
