The graduate in Bioanalysis is consolidating as a fundamental network actor, capable of articulating knowledge, technologies and social practices in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. This reality demands a permanent adaptation and an innovation-oriented training that prepares professionals to face the emerging challenges of personalized medicine, genomics and global health. The future of the profession depends on the ability of its protagonists to function in this fluid context, transforming data into accurate diagnoses and contributing to the construction of a more efficient and equitable health system, while developing competencies in increasingly diverse fields. This essay reflects on the praxis of the Bioanalysis graduate in the light of current social transformations. It offers a critical analysis of the new professional realities from an epistemological perspective, recognizing the changing dynamics of the sector within the framework of the Actor-Network Theory and liquid modernity. The emergence of increasingly fluid professional roles, determined by automation, digital transformation and interdisciplinarity, emerges from this reflection.
