The technological competences for the teacher, in his performance in the educational context, currently receives more validity and importance, since his mastery and incorporation in the development of the pedagogical act, will allow him to contribute with the interaction of his students. The teacher is conceived as a knowledge builder with support in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) that can offer a range of possibilities for the construction of knowledge in students. The investigative report, in this case, is linked to the first objective of the macro research, whose formulation was presented in the following terms: Diagnose the technological competences that the teachers possess for the development of the contents of Biochemistry. The macro questioning was placed within the quantitative paradigm, under field research and with a descriptive character. It is concluded that teachers have knowledge about the use, although such knowledge is not built as technological skills that are used in the development of the contents of the subject of Biochemistry. This could be valued with the information provided by the students.
