STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE STRENGTHENLY OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION IN THE MANAGING LEADERSHIP

Efficiency in the management of educational institutions, is commonly to the efficacy of the communicative process employee for the professor with directions functions into the promotion of positive climax for the praxis of professorial team. For this reason, the following investigation considered as fundamental objective to porpoise a strategic plan for the strengthenly of the organizational communication in the managing leadership for the professor belong to National Experimental University “Francisco de Miranda” Churuguara Academic Campus. This investigation is referring to the line investigation: Planification and Corporative Strategic Communication. The theoretical corpus refers to: the communication theory explained by McEntee (1996), the human relationship exposed by Chiavenatto (1999) and managing leadership refers to Ivancevich (2009). In consideration on methodological approach, is used quantitative method, investigation camp is type with descriptive level and considering feasible project. The poblation were adopted by 12 professors without directions functions and 04 professors with directions functions. For the recollections of data were used inquiry like technique and the questionnaire like instrument. The investigation procedures were adopted by phases: propose needs identification, factibility of the study and the design propose.It was considered the result of interpretation between statistics analysis also for the validation required by experts in content evaluation (three professors) and the confiability was the resolute of Alpha de Cronbach coefficient. Finally, a strategic plan was developed with the investigation and it was possible to contribute significantly to the total transformation of organizational culture finded.
