THE LEGAL ORATORY AND THE USE OF THE NEW INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES

The use of the word and domain of legal orality in effective communication translates into the satisfactory result for the achievement of justice and its purposes, combining new technologies as a pedagogical tool for academic training, represents a higher interest for the student of law, which will affect the future professional, is key in learning processes familiarize students and teachers with virtuality, conjugate legal oratory and its basic elements with the development of new technologies will allow future professionals to argue correctly and enhance their effectiveness through the use of new information and communication technologies. The New Paradigms of Oral Justice in Venezuela, have forced students and legal professionals to know, manage and use the pedagogical resource of legal orality along with the latest generation of computer resources among which are the powerful social networks. Highlight the situation that affects law students, and particularly in two universities in the state of Carabobo, such as the José Antonio Páez University and the University of Carabobo, in which the management and teaching effort is revealed, since there are chairs of legal practice and oratory for lawyers, where progress has been made in the use of new technologies, through the creation and use of virtual classrooms, however in law schools, has not been implemented in the desired percentages. Teacher training and awareness is recommended, in order to overcome in many cases the paradigmatic paralysis against the use of new technologies.
