The objective of the research was to analyze the current situation in relation to the policies of the Venezuelan State in educational matters that claim to the diverse sex community, since then live in a society characterized by being a heteronormative society. place for the construction of the identity of the individual, but since there are taboos created around the issue, educating in respect for diversity is everyone's task and where the Venezuelan State should promote the rules that openly deal with the subject, it is worth asking, What policies has the Venezuelan State taken in educational matters that claim to the diverse sex community at the present time? In this sense, the present investigation is a descriptive documentary design because it was done on documents or bibliographical revision, where the techniques of data collection were the documentary revision, bibliographic arching, technique of signing and analysis of discourse and content, concluding that the The Venezuelan State has not adopted the necessary measures to assert and respect the rights of the diverse sex community, so that the Venezuelan State should encourage reflection among all the people in the educational community about the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transexual community. the dialogue and the debate, where it is possible to collectivize mainly the questions, doubts and taboos, to eradicate the discriminatory acts.
