I made this investigation to obtain a master's degree in Communication for Organization at José Antonio Páez University in Valencia, Venezuela. This investigation was made at San Marcelino Champagnat School in San Vicente, a ghetto in Maracay city (Venezuela), and belongs to Hermanos Maristas, a religious organization from France. A high quality of education and religious values that teach to kids, build a great support of community, controlled “de facto” by crime. My investigation has objectics in Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility and Education. I made a scheme within the framework of qualitative research, ethnographic focus and Action Research, with phenomenological aspects. Neighbors from San Vicente, tree directives and tree teachers were the key informants, who responded interviews and observation matrix,as a method of investigation. The results make possible to build a scheme of communications between Marista Society with community and tree educational context: a classroom, computer lab and sport field. Among the conclusions, the emphasizes that the management of communication within the school and the community, not only responds to Maristas principles, there has also been an empirical learning for the situation of the community and can be used as a model of Corporate Social Responsibility, since that private donations have a greater impact than public donations and improve the coexistence of companies and communities.
