IN SEARCH OF LEADERS: FOR A COUNTRY AND FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Through the following description you can find lines that allow you to reflect on the knowledge that can be had of leadership, here the subject is approached from the episteme of the word, to achieve a simple definition of what a leader is. Regarding this, Peter Drucker points out: It is not a magnetic personality, that can only be a word of mouth. Nor to make friends or influence people, that is flattery. The leadership is to achieve that the eyes aim higher, that the performance of people reach the standard of their potential and that the construction of personalities overcome their personal limitations. Similarly, here in these lines can be observed a reflection of three of the 21 laws of a leader of Maxwell, being these, the law of influence, navigation and the law of legacy where the essence of a leader is condensed. As can be seen, this article aims to emphasize the importance of leadership in organizations. In this regard, the study is based on a documentary research of a descriptive level. In this context, an analysis is made based on professional experience, confirming the contributions of theorists that address the issue and its influence on organizations.
