APTITUDINAL AND ACTITUDINAL BARRIERS OF THE ACTORS OF THE ONLINE EDUCATION

This paper is to analyze and characterize the skills and attitudes of the players in online education, namely students and teachers. To do this, it fits in a field research, where the object of study is the University José Antonio Páez (UJAP). This research was divided into three (3) phases namely: (1) Collection of information: which are caught in the impressions of the players on courses supported by a learning platform, including: Educational Technology, Computer Instructional Design, Lawyers for Computing, Computer to Dentist, Education for Transfer of processes, among others, (2) Analysis of Results are categorized information obtained in phase 1, and (3) Development of the Proposal: provides a model characterization the skills and attitudes identified, under the name: Categorical Model of Aptitudinales and attitudinal barriers in Education Online. " This paper gives an overview of the main barriers that can be found in teachers and students, and a source needed for education professionals online can successfully tackle any situation and deal with the skill, efficiency and effectiveness required taking decisions in a wise manner, and without proper dispense with their academic and professional skills.
