Abstract

The use of information technology facilitates communication and expression, possible to increase personal autonomy and decision making, encourages the development of cognitive processes of globalization favoring intelligence, taking into account the importance of information technology within society. The objective of this research is to propose the theory of Hubbard as a teaching strategy teaching, supported by virtual learning environments aimed at school teachers of Education Informatics at the University José Antonio Páez Municipality located in San Diego. Diagnosed primarily teaching-learning process developed by teachers, on the other hand was determined barriers are presented to teachers in the teaching-learning process of students in this school and finally apply the theory of Hubbard as part a teaching strategy for teaching the proposed educational training. The validity of the instrument was quoted by three experts. As regards the data collection instrument, we chose an interview that assessed 15 teachers of which was the total surveyed. Is a feasible project, supported by a documental research. It is divided into three phases based on specific objectives
