Managerial ethics: A key look as a challenge in the 21st century

This study aimed at promoting the outstanding importance of applying the management ethics on the recruitment and selection public administration in order to optimize the making decisions taking into account values such as honesty responsability, justice and integrity. The purpose of this research was to stimutate the use of a high objectivity as a competence on selection and recruitment of suitable candidates for a vacancy according to Ramos' ethics theory (1996:90) whose theory is based on technics for finding good by knowing that ethics in human beings is expressed by the positive acts, good principles and virtues. The socio critical paradigm was used as a qualitative method to promote transformations into the management team selection criteria which must apply strongly procedures for candidates' recruitment. This study characterized itself for applying activities as grouping dynamics, workshops, videos, chats and booklets were with the purpose of stimulating, guiding and demonstrating the necessary suitable decisions on staffś selection and recruitment based on management ethics.
