Abstract

Today, innovation in business is focused on creating value for people with the solution of problems in people's daily lives and turning them into experiences. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to propose a business plan for the marketing of gluten-free sweets under the marketing 3.0 trend in San Diego Carabobo. For this, several theories related to the research topic were consulted. The same one was framed in a research of applied type, under the quantitative methodological paradigm, the form of collecting the information was through a field study, likewise the level of analysis was a Projective study. So this work is a feasible project, because you should study the possibility of success when implementing the work of degree. The design of the methodological phases was organized in three stages. The population was comprised of 3000 people, all members of the celiac foundation and the sample was 10% of the population, that is, 300 of them. As a data collection instrument, a questionnaire was used, since it allowed collecting the information necessary for the analysis. The results are shown in tables and graphs. So this plan is born from the base of detection of a manifest need in the market, and as long as the economic indicators give security of investment in both the profit and return margin are high.
