Abstract

This argumentative essay seeks to address theoretically the organizational culture as a means to achieve efficiency in the Autonomous Venezuelan Universities through the use of information and communication technologies, because of it the study was developed in the context of the cartesian division where the subject is the investigator and the organization is the object of study.The organizational culture has generated a revolution in recent years in the study of Administrative and Management Science. She, like other concepts of modernity justifies its relevance to the current need to reduce conflicts in the management units in organizations in the pursuit of efficiency. This is a documentary research; through hermeneutics methodology the contents of the texts of experts in the study and institutions of modernity will be analyzed.

Profesor de la Universidad de Carabobo, Ingeniero Industrial, Magister en Ciencia Política y Administración Pública (UC). Actualmente realiza el trabajo especial de grado de la Maestría en Gerencia y Tecnología de la Información (UJAP) y es doctorando en el programa: Doctorado en Ciencias Administrativas y Gerenciales de la Universidad de Carabobo.
