CÓMO CREAR UNA CULTURA ESCOLAR PARA GESTIONAR EL CAMBIO

Reflecting on culture is imperative in the current reality of educational institutions, since there is a need to transform it as a mechanism to manage change in spaces where the educational activity takes place. In this paper, we present some ideas or strategies that can help to start creating a new school culture that allows to direct an educational institution in the desired sense. It was established as objectives, in the first place, to analyze what a shared vision in the institutional framework means and what is fundamental to achieve it in the educational institution if the process of reform of the school culture is to be initiated. Secondly, it is written about the importance of creating a cooperative culture that allows the work of all for the benefit of everyone and the institution. In the third place, the subject is about the need to create environments and tools that allow generating an innovative culture. Finally, we talk about the culture of continuous improvement, something key if we want to generate change in our institution. The dissertation is permeated by the necessary and primordial idea that the ways of thinking and acting of the people that make up the institution must be changed; given that, they are the ones who generate the school change.
