DESIGN OF ONE TRAINS FOOD PROCESSOR LOCATED WITHIN THE PROPOSAL OF URBAN REACTIVATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY THE GUAYOS, EDO. CARABOBO

Because the industries are considered like suitable tools of the architecture for the activation and resurgence of zones, it sets out to design a new city-planning ordering that allows to improve part of the state highway Caracas-Valencia, located around sector 3, included between the commercial hotel the Cabins and the industrial Commercial Center the Garcitas, located in the Municipality the Guayos, of the State Carabobo, these as well allow to benefit to the population by means of the incorporation from services and urban equipment such as security, roads, health education, commerce; that they serve basic for the development of a particular community. Therefore, a design project appears that includes the main needs that the citizenship presents/displays. Due to this urban proposal, the design arises from an Industry Food Processor, which is in the industrial areas of the new propose zoning. The investigation is framed within the feasible project since it is a design proposal, of field due to the problematic analysis of the urban one in the study sector, of documentary revision, since to arrive at a diagnosis it is due to analyze previous and present facts, descriptive so that it defines the elements essential or characteristic of an established fact. As technical of data collection I am used the direct observation, survey and interview. The thrown results indicate the importance of the study and the commitment of applying the respective improvements for the development of this design
