CONTRIBUTIONS OF SYMBOLIC INTERACTIONISM TO THE LABOR PRAXIS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF OF THE EDUCATIONAL AREA YARACUY STATE

This article focuses on showing the contributions of symbolic interactionism to the labor praxis of the administrative staff of the Educational Zone of Yaracuy state, based on some organizational theories and authors that support this approach. It should be noted that, this study is in development, the purpose of this article will revolve around exploring the way in which the administrative staff of the Educational Zone of the Yaracuy state participates in labor praxis as a social action.  It is due to the various changes or social, political and economic imbalances that the country presents, which lead to the worker's own activities are threatened as a result of not having biopsychosocial stability. That is because; it is intended to know said behavior and skills through the review of various theories that support the human being behavior, as social self within the organization. The methodology focuses on the interpretative paradigm with a qualitative approach, using the phenomenological method supported by symbolic interactionism, the social actors will be administrative employees who work in the Yaracuy State Educational Zone, who constitute the study subjects, thus generating some final reflections where the performances, behavior or actions of the study subjects can be visualized, thus being able to perceive, understand and interpret the positions of each reference and contributions of the theory. In the same way, assume the existence of a close relationship between symbolic interactionism and the labor praxis of the administrative staff studied from their social environment.
