Abstract

The ergonomic analysis represents an essential element for the study of the comfort in the jobs, as much by the incidence that it has on the health of the workers, the lack of adjustment of the jobs, like by the profits in the improvement of the conditions of which is obtained with its application. In Aluminum Manufactures I, a.c., company that makes aluminum pistons for motors of internal combustion, exists the necessity to realise a design of the postural comfort to the workers of the area of Selection and Packing, in view that their activities represent disergonómicos risks, thus offering tools to the company, so that it applies the preventive measures giving fulfillment with the legal norms and informing to the workers the form to carry out its work so that it does not affect its health. Study was framed in project feasible, supported in investigation of field, documentary and descriptive, where it was used like instrument of data collection the direct observation, the questionnaire and the interview nonstructured, that determined the use of new tools and methods that will diminish the disergonómicos risks in the workstations to short, medium and long term through action plan.
