ONE PROBLEM AND TWO VISIONS: The contextualization of a problem in the research process and professional practice.

All research arises from the need to solve a problem in a context observed by one or more researchers, so that they can structure the actions that lead to clear up the questions arising from the problem, then generate new knowledge depending on the subject addressed, in that sense, this article aims to emphasize the importance of understanding a problem as the starting point of any investigation in this regard, the study is based on documentary research descriptive level and in this regard It stresses the importance for the researcher or professional, understanding of the problem situation and seeks to address the need for deepening the knowledge to understand the possible problems faced. In this context, an analysis from the point of view of the researcher and another from the point of view of professional exercise, in order to establish the comparative nature in both situations where the goals are related to addressing a problem to clear the questions arising from his approach. Thus, the researcher concludes that, first that every problem must be found to describe, in the second instance, the theoretical domain is relevant to the achievement of the goals and finally, in the field of research and exercise professional, addressing problem situations are the starting point for the generation of new knowledge and understanding of reality.
