One of the methods that best suits these investigations is netnography, which according to Turpo (2008), “It is presented as a new investigative method to investigate what happens in virtual communities, more specifically what happens on the Internet, in their corporate experiences.” Hence, this research aims to: Propose the use of netnographic studies to strengthen the educational process in virtual environments. The approach used is located in an interpretive hermeneutic study, supported by a documentary review. As a result, the triangulation of the information found is presented, which allows the integration of the netnographic method as support for the facilitator in his research.
