Abstract

The work starts from an academic and scientific perspective that its comprehensibility is observed from the integrating vision of the municipal prosecutor's office of the Public Ministry, as an organ of citizen power at the local level, a commitment in the fight against impunity and respect for human rights , and as contemplated in the 2008 project, until the re-foundation of its moral supports, which began with the management of Dr. Tarek William Saab as of August 5, 2017 as Attorney General of the Republic. The study covers the normative levels, enshrined in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and provided for in the Organic Law of Citizen Power, and the Organic Law of the Public Ministry, as well as those related to the powers to hear punishable acts. , whose sentences, in their maximum limit, do not exceed three years, and in the cases of those causes in which the punishment exceeds the aforementioned period, they must be remitted to the Superior Prosecutor's Office of the Carabobo state. In the same way, what is related to their legal competences in the reception of complaints, immediate and urgent practice of investigative proceedings, application of tools and strategies as proformas for procedural action, together with adaptation protocols with citizen security bodies. ; And in the social sphere, direct attention to the citizen, articulation with educational institutions, community councils, organized popular power, and the respective peace quadrants, installed in the different communities of Mariara and Aguas Calientes. In conclusion, nothing is impossible in this great school called the Public Ministry, when there is a vocation for work, a willingness to act, and social sensitivity, to make the path traveled a professional and institutional learning, and assume the moral bases from ethical behavior in the exercise of the fiscal function, to consolidate, within the framework of the national lines of work and action, a model of municipal judicial management articulated with the integral organs of the system, with the supreme purpose of consolidating the municipalization of justice.
