REFLECTIONS ON THE MIGRATION OF YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AND THE ROLE OF THE ACADEMY

New changes have begun in the beginning of XXI century, as big challenges. A situation that’s been considerate as very difficult to be aboard from distinct actors facing the need of looking for alternatives that solve their problems. An increasing reality that complicates the future for young professionals that migrates, abandon their homeland looking for opportunities that has being denied. Multiple factors have gathered to cause a new reality: An inflation unprecedented, the contraction of the labor market, the need of an informal economy as an option for survival has been one of the most relevant. In this context the dream to obtain a college degree with all the achievement that implies has become cut short upon the impossibility of having a formal job that allows to reach the personal and professional level that comes from itself. The present reflection expects to impulse the meditation as difficulties in constructions that deserve to be handle with in hope to reach the dialog and the search of solutions that comes from the actors involved.
