Introduction: The increasing incidence of musculoskeletal conditions among administrative workers at the Maria Edelmira Araujo Clinical Center has generated concern about their negative impact on health and work performance. These conditions, such as back pain, neck pain, epicondylitis, and tendonitis, are attributed to sedentary lifestyles and improper posture, raising health costs and decreasing productivity (Smith & Jones, 2019; Harris & Witting, 2020). Research seeks to integrate active breaks and artificial intelligence (AI) to prevent these disorders, improving employee well-being and optimizing productivity. Methodology: Online documentary research was conducted, reviewing the literature on active pauses and their combination with AI. Data collection techniques were oriented to the search and selection of information from digital sources such as Medline, PubMed and Google Scholar. Articles from 2018 to the present were included, applying selection criteria based on keywords. Worksheets were elaborated and direct observation and analysis of statistical records were considered. Results: The research reveals that active breaks, integrated with AI, reduce musculoskeletal conditions and improve productivity. The Wellness AI application personalizes exercise routines, optimizing employees' physical and mental health (Williams & Garcia, 2022). A decrease in pain and stress was observed, as well as an increase in job satisfaction. Conclusions: The integration of AI-guided active breaks results in a significant reduction in musculoskeletal conditions and an increase in employee productivity and well-being.
