Introduction: Venous insufficiency is a functional alteration of venous return due to valvular incompetence. Milking parlor workers are more susceptible to the development of varicose veins due to their prolonged standing, combined with other work environment factors. The objective of this study was to determine the aspects of work organization in a rotary milking parlor and the presence of venous insufficiency in an agri-food company, Lara 2023. Methodology: Positivist paradigm, quantitative, descriptive, field, cross-sectional, population and census sample of 30 workers, the following questionnaires were applied: for sociodemographic and labor data, the Bestraten B questionnaire (Spain 2006) for working conditions, the Venochek-1 questionnaire (Spain 2022), reliable and validated. The SPPS statistical analysis software was used to finally present the tabulated data in tables and graphs for better representation of these Results: 93% of workers had mild venous disease, 47% reported mild ankle and leg pain, and the predominant risk factor was standing for more than 3 hours (100%). Discussion: This study is related to the contribution of Guzmán (2022), who found that 96.7% of the population remains standing during the workday, close to this research with 100%. Conclusions: Females predominate in milking activities. There is a statistically significant association between prolonged standing time and chronic venous insufficiency.
