This article aims to interpret the life-world of incarcerated adolescents from a perspective rooted in their origins. Adhering to a qualitative and interpretive paradigm, the research is grounded in the anthropological and cultural framework of Alejandro Moreno Olmedo, positing the investigative hypothesis that transgression of the law is a terminal manifestation of the rupture of this fundamental bond, leaving the young person in a void of meaning and an ontological crisis. Using the Historia-de-Vida methodology, the study accesses lived experience to understand how deficiencies in the affective matrix modulate children's sense of belonging and lead to a criminal lifestyle as a substitute practice for recognition and belonging. The findings reveal a pattern of double orphanhood (original and social) that drives the search for a substitute "framework" within the criminal group. It concludes that juvenile delinquency is a symptom of a profound relational crisis, not merely an economic one. The implications are fundamental for guidance, suggesting the urgent need to reformulate juvenile justice policies toward models of restorative parenthood that integrate psychological and vocational guidance in socio-educational centers, focusing on the creation of therapeutic support networks and the transformation of criminal behavior into a creative and legitimate practice.
