Abstract

The term paradigm has become popular and incorporated into common language in such a way that its initial meaning has been blurred, to such an extent that one frequently hears about individual paradigms of each person. In the academic field and, particularly in the field of research, its basic conception is maintained in that it is a set of beliefs and values of a scientific community. However, in this area, there is also an interpretative variety for different groups of researchers, considering some of them that the paradigms refer to each one of the different ways of relating to objects of study, facts and values.
