The search for diversification of strategies has led teachers and institutions to recognize the educational potential of social networks. In effect, the conjugation of emerging technologies with the current formative dynamics has produced the differentiation of formal, informal and non-formal environments. In the experimentation with informal environments, interactivity in mobile social networks emerges as another alternative. In order to deduce the didactic acts that articulate the resources of informal environments with formal study plans in the university environment, a study of interpretive phenomenological character is made, with participant observation, based on collective learning and the invisibility of the informal. In this research, the group of students and tutors of courses in the blended modality of the UJAP is considered as a population. The participations in the associated networks and groups of mobile networks configured for students of the subject of Technological Advances of the career of Computer Education, and students of the subject Statistics are analyzed. It is possible to deduce aspects that characterize the beneficial and constructive intervention, with the creation of virtual learning communities in mobile networks. Among these factors stand out the asynchronous accompaniment, the strategic incorporation of disruptive innovations, the opportune attention, the promotion of the interaction from concrete activities, the link with the formal space of learning in the university virtual campus.
