Este es un papel de trabajo escrito por dos autores, y está orientado por una visión interdisciplinaria y transdisciplinaria de los estudios sociales, especialmente referido al estudio de los conflictos y la negociación como herramienta para su resolución. La complejidad de asumir los estudios sobre conflicto y negociación desde esa perspectiva, obliga a combinar la conflictología con estudios políticos, estudios jurídicos, relaciones internacionales, sociología, estudios de la cultura, y el importante aporte histórico; además deberá hacerse con sentido prospectivo. Consta de dos partes, la primera contiene un estudio histórico sobre el caso Dreyfus, la segunda contiene el análisis de la conflictividad referida a ese caso histórico. Se ha escogido este caso por ser considerado emblemático, tanto en sentido histórico como en lo referente a conflictividad.

- Leonor Cáceres Torres , The purpose of this scientific article is to generate an understanding of sustainable tourism as an ecosystemic space for Venezuelan socioeconomic development, in line with the promotion of comprehensive human and social development. The research is located in Venezuela and is framed temporally within the international commitments acquired since 2015 with the United Nations 2030 Agenda. The theoretical-conceptual framework was based on the paradigm of sustainability and sustainable tourism, complemented by a review of the normative frameworks of multilateral organizations and national legislation on tourism. The method was grounded in descriptive documentary research, supported by the technique of content analysis and the comparative study of secondary sources. This design allowed for the examination of sustainable tourism in Venezuela from the perspective of its socioeconomic and environmental impact through a specialized and systematic documentary corpus. The results show that the strategic lines of the Venezuelan State aim to consolidate tourism as a driver of development through investment and the strengthening of an institutional tourism culture. It is concluded that the legal framework in Venezuela should promote shared responsibility between the State and communities to maximize positive effects on human development. The scope of the study is limited to the conceptual and normative levels; therefore, the conclusions are valid for the interpretation of public policies but do not constitute empirical field evidence, given the documentary nature of the scientific research conducted with academic rigor. , Revista digital La Pasión del Saber : Vol. 16 No. 30 (2026): La Pasión del Saber.
