THEORETICAL CONCEPTUALIZATION OF VENEZUELA´S PYMESMICRO IN ACCORDING TO ONTOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND IT´S EVERYDAY PRAXIS

From the theoretical point of view, the PyMESMICRO in Venezuela has not received the attention it deserves, giving more emphasis to the large organizations. However, large companies have presented certain weaknesses which are reflected in a series of factors such as unemployment, low quality in products as well as low production, among other things, unlike PyMESMICRO which over time it has evolved into innovation, employment and growth, despite the lack of financial support. In this vein the present investigation aims, the theoretical conceptualization of PyMESMICRO in Venezuela according to the ontological characteristics from their practice and their daily lives. Consequently, the themes are to be developed are the following: the pymes in Venezuela, PyMESMICRO in Venezuela and its admission into MERCOSUR, the pymes and the Venezuelan reality.
