PROPOSAL OF A PLAN OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE REGISTRY SYSTEM AND INVENTORY OF SPARE PARTS, OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MAINTENANCE OF THE COMMERCIAL COMPANY FOODS POLAR, PLANTS SAUCE AND UNTABLES VALENCIA

This work was developed in the company Alimentos Polar Commercial, Salsa & Spreads Plant, Valencia, in the maintenance department, whose purpose is to address the major weaknesses and shortcomings of the registration system and inventory of spare parts. This was a diagnosis of the current system, by direct observation, the verification system parts, operational analysis and structured interviews with supervisors. Then analyzed the flaws found by a breakdown of materials, a review, in catalogs, such as physical, of the different machines and spare parts used in the company, as well as verification in the SAP system for each of them to validate the same whether there are overlaps in parts. Performing the analysis, a proposal which is to debug the SAP system and from there to establish new parameters for a better description, use and disposal of materials, both in system and in teams.
