Thesocial-historical spacebetweenchronologicallyfrom 1492 to 1810constitutedthe colonial period, focusing this analysis onthe independence andpostindependence time in which theoperatingpatternsof the social formationwere not inline withreforms in thelegal and politicalfoundationscountryremainedelusivesincethe equal rightsand keptestamentariasociety, whichresulted inituntil longafter decolonizationshould remainintactcertain institutionsof colonialismandslavery, achieving the realizationof these rightsafter manyeventshistorical figures suchasroyaldecreesofthe19/02/1795and 1810, Constitution of 1811,Constitution1830,the abolitionof slaveryin 1854that accompaniedseveral attempts tosearch for theegalitarian.In this sense,criticalanalysis is performedwith asociohistoricaloverview of theadvancementof equal rightsin colonial Venezuelaup to theconsecration ofcivil,politicaleconomic andconstitutional frameworkagreement. The final considerationsare included within theachievementand consolidationof integratingsocio-cultural-ethnic fromthe legal fieldto reach thedemocratic and social stateof law,ie therealizationof democratization of law.
