The teacher training of professionals outside the educational field is of great importance because through it it is achieved not only to provide the best teaching skills to the participants, but also that these are favorably reflected in better training for future professionals. from the country. In the UJAP Teacher Training Course (2002), a hundred professionals have been trained in this branch, however, the educational dynamics of the 21st century require urgent curricular transformation, in order to achieve the elements that They will indicate the desired profile of this new graduate and then design a new study plan in accordance with the demands of today's world. The objective of this research is to design a new Study Plan for the UJAP Teacher Training Course. The methodology used is a curricular investigation, in a first stage documentary research was carried out about educational innovations in curricular matters, then we moved on to the curricular deconstruction of the current study plan where the objectives and values of the same were reconstructed to in a next stage to achieve the Graduate Profile of the Teacher Training Course of the José Antonio Páez University, taking the current profile as a starting point and finally the new study plan will be reconstructed. It is considered of great importance and relevance in terms of training a professional with the professional and personal skills necessary for a teacher, a graduate with the skills required by this important profession will be achieved, which will benefit Venezuelan society.
