Deontology is the branch of ethics that deals with duties, particularly those that govern professional activities, its importance lies in the fact that it contemplates the moral obligations that guide the conduct of a person in his or her work. As for University Deontological Ethics, it is an important tool for the moral formation of students and for the promotion of a just and responsible university Hence, the Thelos of the research consists of: Analyzing Deontological Ethics in University Education. The most relevant philosophical theories that were investigated and supported by the research correspond to the Ethics of Aristotle (1952), Kant (1978), Habermas (1997), Cortina (2007) and Savater (2000). As for the methodological path, it was framed in the documentary method, where the technique used was the bibliographic review. After analyzing the information obtained through various texts, it was concluded that a University Deontological Ethics based on universal ethical values and the social responsibility of universities is necessary in a global context, where justice, equality, freedom and humanism prevail.
