The objective of this essay is the study of ethics focused on teaching, concepts were identified and developed, ethics was related and linked to philosophy and morality, aspects of vital relevance for the performance and formation of man. Likewise, they reflected on ethics, education and the role of the teacher in the comprehensive education of the student, where it was possible to appreciate that the teacher's participation must be attached to moral conduct, regulated by norms that make life in society possible. Likewise, it was indicated how the Venezuelan State and international organizations recognize education, dictate norms and rules that encourage the behavior, conduct and professional activity of the teacher to be framed within ethics. This led to pointing out precepts established in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Organic Law of Education and the Regulations for the Exercise of the Teaching Profession. In addition, it allowed us to emphasize that the teacher must direct the comprehensive training of the student subject to principles, values and duties within a deontological structure, that is, educate with ethics and in honor of the truth. With this essay, we seek to encourage the main actors in educational management to maintain the activities inherent to their exercise under solid ethical, moral foundations and principles, even when society is currently immersed in an accelerated evolution that distorts between good or misconduct and results in ethical judgments
