This study has as intention develop the Offer of Skills of Valuation and this Application in the Student Performance(Yield) of the IT Subject, directed the students of 1er Year of Basic Education, in the National Lyceum Bolivariano "Enrique Bernardo Núñez" located in the Urb. The Isabelica, Valencia, State Carabobo. It is framed as Feasible Project, which aim(lens) chases(prosecutes) the development of a series of technologies(skills) to know the content and the quality of what the discentes are learning, in order to realize the necessary adjustments in the processes of education and learning improving of this form the student performance(yield) of the subject before mentioned. The selected sample was shaped by 36 students of diverse ages and sex. The result threw that the factors: economic, supply(food), health, housing, I access to the technology, recreation and familiar(family) dynamics affect in great way the academic performance(yield), which denotes a marked trend to reprove(blame) the subject, the technologies(skills) of valuation used were: Poll of Previous Knowledge, Valuation of Complementary Readings, Cards of Application, Valuation of the Collaborative Work, Cards of Application, Valuation of Examinations, Directed Explanation and Brief Test(Essay). There arises this way the "Offer" to implement before mentioned, in the first phase qualifying to the educational personnel to slant a workshop presencial and the second phase is based on the use of the technology, using a virtual environment of learning under the modality distantly.
