RESOURCES AND INSTRUMENTS FOR EVALUATION IN EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES IN THE DISTANCE MODALITY

The ambiguity in the criteria regarding student activity and cognitive production caused by the application of information and communication technologies in educational processes raises the need to delve deeper into the mechanisms for monitoring student progress. According to experts, evaluation in online education is in the process of regulation, which warrants an analysis of the correspondence between the means to evaluate and the strategies to facilitate the transfer. This work is undertaken in the form of a feasible project, based on field and documentary research, with Computer Engineering and Computer Education students as the population, with the essential purpose of proposing technology-based instruments for the evaluation of educational processes in line, from which specific objectives are derived: 1. Identify the use of technological resources in teachers of the institution, 2. Analyze the feasibility of applying evaluation processes based on technology, 3. Design evaluation instruments with the use of technology , for monitoring, support and evaluation in distance education and its variants. The results are the set of instruments designed according to the nature of the subject, and according to their function in the learning process and product, that is: accompany, follow or evaluate. This set is characterized by simple questionnaires, consultations, guided debate, free debates, social networks, mobile questionnaires, electronic documents, group and individual assignments, whose properties are specified according to the student context and individual factors.
